No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements.

All of our supplements are FDA compliant—meaning they
follow FDA regulations for manufacturing, labeling, and safety.

  • FDA approved: Products like prescription drugs that go through strict FDA
    testing and review.
  • FDA compliant: Products made in line with FDA rules (manufacturing,
    labeling, safety), but not formally “approved.” Dietary supplements fall
    into this category.

All of our supplements are produced in GMP-certified
facilities
(Good Manufacturing Practices). This ensures they meet high
standards of safety, quality, and consistency.

Orders

The orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the order size and complexity.

1. Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

  • Found something wrong with your order? Let us know within 30 days of receiving it. For packages lost in transit, the 30-day window starts from the estimated delivery date.
  • To file a claim, please send a brief explanation and a clear photo of the issue.
  • If approved, you can choose between:
  • A replacement shipped to you within 3 business days, or
  • A refund issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

2. When Refunds or Replacements Aren’t Allowed

We can’t process refunds or replacements in these
situations:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If an address you provided is insufficient and the package is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package isn’t picked up and gets sent back, reshipment costs will apply.
  • Buyer's Remorse: Changed your mind? Refunds aren’t offered for this. You’re welcome to reorder at your own expense if you'd like.
  • Customs Rejections: Since we ship only within the U.S., this typically won't apply—but just so you know, if a package is returned due to customs, a refund won’t be issued.
  • Cancellation After Processing Begins: Once your item has been produced or prepared for shipment, cancellation or refund isn't possible.
  • Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items: No refunds for marketing or product development costs if an item becomes unavailable.

3. What If You Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

  • The refund process typically happens within a few business days, but depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer to appear on your statement.
  • If it still hasn’t shown up after a few days, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll gladly assist.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

We’ll review your request and let you know if it has been
approved.

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped to you within 5 business days.
  • Refund: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).

Yes, refunds/replacements are not offered if:

  • You change your mind (buyer’s remorse).
  • An incorrect address was provided and the package was returned.
  • A package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees (not applicable for U.S. customers).

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Larger orders (200+ items) may take up to 5–10 business days.

You can update your shipping address or cancel your order within the first 2 hours
after placing it. Once processing begins, we’re unable to make changes or
cancel the order.

We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping. Delivery typically takes 1–4
business days once your order has been processed.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can
follow your package.
